Project Note
Gloss lacquer was chosen so that a narrow kitchen would read as larger: the surface reflects light and visually expands the room. Taupe was used for the wall units and cream for the base units, splitting the mass of the run into two tones so the full-height column block does not feel heavy. Slim aluminium handles form a horizontal line that ties the base units together from end to end.
