Project Note
Fine vertical grooves were routed into the central panel of the door leaf to give the surface a tactile rhythm. Leaf and architrave were lacquered in the same beige tone; the thickness of the architrave brings the frame forward like a border. Hinges and lock were chosen in concealed types so as not to break up the door face.
